A great 4 day break in Braithwaite Cumbria, with 2 big walks and a total of 9 Wainwright fells completed, we walked the challenging Coledale round and also walked in Whinlatter forest with great views over lakeland.

A 9.03 mile walk around the reservoir, it was good to finally get out and about after xmas, but due to the large amount of rain we needed somewhere on the flat to take a walk out. Its only about 35 min up the road and with plenty of parking (£3 all day ) Grafham water made an ideal start. Please click this link to View page.
This trip to Pembrokeshire turned out to be the best so far and we made 4 walks In total and also some good carns were climbed in the process. The Pembrokeshire Coast is a national Park and was established in 1952
